Early Termination Fees (ETFs):
If you transfer services away from Cybertel before the contract term ends, ETFs will apply.
These fees are based on your signed application and terms and conditions.
Other Active Services:
If you still have services with Cybertel (e.g., Internet, Inbound, CloudPBX) aside from the ones being transferred:
You will continue to be billed for those services.
You must either port them away or submit a written request to disconnect. Please note that porting out of geo numbers will NOT automatically cancel you PBX. We will require this in writting to have the PBX, any remaining DIDs, softphone licences etc to be disconnected.
Notice Period for Cancellation:
You must provide 30 days written notice to cancel any service.
ETFs apply if the services are still under contract during cancellation.
