Factory Reset Yealink Desktop Phone

In the event that your Yealink T series desktop phone drops its settings or you need to re-provision the service to update settings and buttons from your myCloudPBX service, you will need to do a “Factory Reset” of the handset.

  1. Press and hold the ‘OK’ key on the face of the phone for 10 seconds.
  2. Press Accept the factory reset.  

The unit will shut down and restart and re-provision, restoring itself to the renewed myCloudPBX settings.

The entire process can take up to 2 minutes.
