How to Import Contacts into UConnect Softphone via CSV.

Before you start, make sure you have your .csv spreadsheet formatted correctly. You can use the template HERE to create your CSV import file. Note the sample import template populated fields are the mandatory fields. Other fields may be populated if required, eg. additional phone numbers or email addresses etc. 

1. Open the UConnect App on a Windows PC or MAC. In the main top menu to go Contacts > Import Contacts.

uc add contacts csv

2. Select the first option, comma separated values (*.csv file).

uc uploader

3. Browse and select the CSV file to be uploaded and hit Next. The CSV will be imported.

uc import

4. All done, give yourself a high five.
