At the heart of Cybertel is Clive and Laura Kelly — a father-daughter team with over 50 years of combined experience in the telecommunications industry. As a private, family-owned and operated business, Cybertel delivers agile, tailored solutions designed to keep your business connected and thriving.

With more than two decades in the telecommunications industry, Laura brings energy, expertise, and a future-focused mindset to Cybertel. Her passion for emerging technologies drives her commitment to delivering cutting-edge, business-focused communication solutions.

Laura’s strong industry relationships, hands-on approach, and deep understanding of client needs ensure every customer enjoys a professional yet personal experience.

Clive Kelly – Founder
A veteran of the telecommunications space, Clive has been driving innovation in the industry for over 30 years. In 1994, he introduced Maxicom Voice Control, an early PC-based voicemail and auto-attendant system that integrated with PBXs — used by early adopters like Mainbrace Construction, SunSail and Orix.

Clive foresaw the potential of voice over the internet, making calls on a 56k modem and headset before broadband was mainstream. That forward-thinking vision laid the foundation for what would become Cybertel Telecom.
